Refund Policy

Try before you buy

mirro includes a 7-day free trial with every feature unlocked. No account and no card are required to run it. We recommend using the trial to confirm the Software works with your devices before subscribing.

14-day refund

If you subscribe and change your mind, email support@mirro.tech within 14 days of payment and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your licence

A refunded licence is revoked. Any Macs activated with it are deactivated and the Software stops working on them, in most cases within 24 hours and always within 21 days for a machine that stays offline.

Renewals

We email you before your annual subscription renews. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days to cancel a distance contract. For digital content that right normally ends once download begins with your consent — we do not rely on that exception, and refund within 14 days regardless.

If you are a consumer in the EU, the equivalent right under the Consumer Rights Directive applies on the same basis.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.
