Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of mirro (the "Software") and mirro.tech (the "Site"), operated by HESTI BILI TECH LTD ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the Software you accept these terms.

2. Subscription and licence

A mirro subscription costs USD 50 per year and renews automatically until cancelled. It grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the Software on up to two Macs at a time.

You may move your licence between machines at any time by deactivating a device from your account or from within the Software.

Prices are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise at checkout. Applicable VAT or sales tax is added where we are registered to collect it.

3. Acceptable use

You may not share your licence key outside your own use, resell access, or attempt to circumvent the licensing system. We may suspend a licence that shows evidence of sharing, after contacting you.

You are responsible for how you use screen recordings you create with the Software, including any consent required from people whose data appears on the mirrored device.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — the Software keeps working until then.

5. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Software after that constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence are unaffected.
